Product Description
The Hawk Black Brake Pad is designed to be a cost effective multi-purpose brake pad that can be used for many types of applications. Hawk wanted to make a budget friendly brake pad for applications that required low to medium torque and temperature needs. The Black Brake Pad has a prefered operating temperature that ranges from 100°F all the way to a scorching 900°F.
Product Installation
Your Hawk Black Brake Pads are like all brake pads and need to be properly installed and bedded for the best performance and safety.
Note: Because of the high levels of friction required to achieve "race level" braking, rotor noise, wear, dust, and pad life could be affected.
