One of the main shortcomings of the factory supercharged 4.6L 4V Terminator Cobra engine is the extremely small fluid reservoir for the factory charge cooler, which will very quickly and easily get heat soaked under any "heavy use".
The Water Tank Upgrade assembly from Vortech increases the fluid storage volume by over 900% over the factory surge tank arrangement.
This significant increase in charge cooling capacity equals the elimination of heat soak concerns, while also introducing the capability of adding cold water/ice to the supplied reservoir.
