The BORLA® R&D Team has developed an awesome sounding exhaust for the 1.6L in your K5. Our 2.25" diameter Cat-Back™ system is specifically tuned for the 1.6L engine. The classic S-Type system will deliver a sound that is much sportier than stock, yet still refined and far from obnoxious. Not to mention, a drone-free driving experience for comfort during cruising speeds. The muffler features BORLA®'S Polyphonic Exhaust Harmonizer technology which utilizes patented units that contain pipes of different diameters and lengths to create multiple exhaust notes that harmonize to deliver a clean, rich, full bodied sound. System includes flow plate to eliminate check engine light that may be caused by the increase of airflow of the BORLA® system. System features a 2.25" turn down exit.
