OEM R33 and R34 GT-R Accelerator (Throttle) Cable.

The throttle cable, or accelerator cable, is a braided metal wire that connects the gas pedal to the engine throttle plate. If you notice a delay in response when you push the pedal down, or abnormal movements when using the pedal, it is recommended to replace this assembly. Over time cable have a tendency to stretch and fray with use. Some owners have also found themselves stripping the adjustment screw at the throttle linkage. This in turn prevents the owner from properly adjusting the tensions on the throttle cable.
