RSE Japan Toyota GR Yaris (24+) Front Downpipe Outlet Component

Our "Outlet Components" consist of a turbo outlet pipe and a front pipe, integrated into a single assembly. Designed specifically for both the GEN.1 and GEN.2 platforms, these components are engineered to optimize exhaust flow immediately downstream of the turbocharger.

The main pipe features an 80.5mm diameter—an increase over the 70.0mm factory diameter—and utilizes a straight-through design that eliminates both the primary and secondary catalytic converters, effectively minimizing exhaust backpressure.

Why we chose SUS304 for this section:
While we use titanium for the muffler and link adapter, we selected SUS304 stainless steel for the outlet components. Given their proximity to the turbocharger and exposure to extreme temperatures, SUS304 offers superior resistance to thermal stress. By carefully selecting materials based on the specific operating conditions of each section, we have achieved an ideal balance between necessary durability and weight.

These components are compatible with both the factory muffler and aftermarket mufflers that utilize the factory-style connection. This allows you to upgrade your exhaust system starting from the turbocharger side, while still retaining your current muffler.
