An exhaust system designed to match your serious intent—finally complete.

Following an extensive development period, a full-titanium exhaust system and SUS304 stainless steel outlet components for the GR Yaris are now complete. We are also releasing a full-titanium link adapter, designed to connect these components without any narrowing at the joint. Dedicated versions for both the GEN.1 and GEN.2 models are available, and the exhaust system can be chosen in either the single-exit "TYPE-R" or dual-exit "TYPE-D" configuration.

Our goal was to create the ultimate exhaust system for those who are truly serious about speed. The GR Yaris was conceived with a focus on winning in competition, and we wanted to match that vision with our own uncompromising dedication to performance. To this end, we chose full titanium for the exhaust construction, prioritizing significant weight reduction. For the outlet component—which must withstand the intense thermal load immediately following the turbocharger—we utilized SUS304 stainless steel. Furthermore, we have developed a titanium link adapter that creates a continuous 80.5mm diameter passage between these components, aiming to minimize resistance throughout the entire exhaust system.

From the materials used to the exhaust path and every connection point—we have pushed the limits in the pursuit of speed. Aiming to create a product that stands apart from existing options, we have meticulously engineered the entire post-turbo exhaust assembly as a single, cohesive system. We developed this competition-only exhaust from R.S.E. for those who share our drive to unlock the full potential of the GR Yaris through a relentless quest for reduced weight and increased power.
