Important Notice

As of January 2025, due to increased carrier and import costs, we are no longer able to offer free shipping across all products.

Selected items may still qualify for free UK mainland shipping. During this transition period, please disregard any outdated references to free shipping that may appear on certain pages.

For large or oversized items (including exhaust systems and body parts), international shipping must be quoted manually. Our website calculates shipping based on weight, not parcel dimensions, and may not accurately reflect large parcel surcharges.

If you are located outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order for an accurate shipping quotation.

Our Business Model

Tarmac Sportz Limited is a specialist performance parts supplier. We source the majority of products directly from trusted UK, US, Japanese and global manufacturers and distributors.

Some products listed on our website are:

• Special order items
• Made to order
• Imported from overseas
• Limited production or rare components

While some items are held in UK stock, many are sourced specifically per customer order.

Estimated Lead Times

Lead times vary depending on brand, supplier location and production schedules. The lead times can be found under the price on each product and are to be used as a general guide only:

Back Orders

If your order is placed and the item becomes unavailable or is placed on back order, we will do our best to notify you within 48 hours of receiving your order.

You may then choose to:

Wait for Restock

If you choose to proceed, we will place and pay for the order with the supplier on your behalf. Once this commitment has been made, cancellations may incur charges, as costs will already have been committed to the manufacturer or distributor.

Request a Refund

If you prefer not to wait, you may request a full refund prior to us committing funds to the supplier.

Please note that back orders can experience extended delays due to manufacturer production schedules, international shipping constraints or global supply chain disruptions. These delays are outside the control of Tarmac Sportz Limited.

Stock Availability Disclaimer

Stock levels can change within hours or even minutes.

If you are advised that an item is available but place your order days later, availability may have changed. All products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Free UK Mainland Shipping (Selected Products Only)

Free shipping applies only to selected brands and products.

If a free shipping item is purchased alongside a non-free shipping item, you will only be charged shipping for the non-free product.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Remote UK areas
• Northern Ireland
• UK islands

If your address is classified as remote, a surcharge may apply depending on parcel size.

Overseas Orders

We ship to most European countries.

If you are ordering from outside the UK — particularly for large or oversized items — please contact us prior to placing your order to obtain an accurate shipping quotation.

Drop Shipping

At our discretion, we may arrange for orders to be shipped directly from:

• A UK supplier
• A US supplier
• Our US facility

This decision is based on product size, availability and delivery efficiency.

Where we arrange drop shipping through our import accounts:

VAT and duty fees are handled by us

You will only pay the agreed purchase price

If you receive a customs or duty invoice relating to an order placed with Tarmac Sportz Limited, do not pay it.
