Ultra Series Rods are precision CNC machined from forged 4340 chromoly steel blanks and feature an X-Beam design which significantly reduces weight while maintaining strength. Lightweight Ultra rods improve engine response and acceleration by decreasing rotational and reciprocating mass . The Advanced Finite Element Analysis driven design combined with a comprehensive heat treatment, tempering, and shot peening processes results in a rod with the highest strength to weight ratios.
