Z1/TS Nissan 350z (07-09) & 370Z (09-20) Performance Clutch & Flywheel Kit inc JIT CSC (HR/VHR)

Tarmac Sportz have partnered up with Z1 Motorsports to offer you this amazing performance clutch and flywheel kit for your stock or remapped 350Z HR and 370Z. This kit is perfect for Normal and Fast Road Use. 

This Kit includes an Uprated JIT CSC to replace the one in your gearbox. 

The Z1 Mild Performance Clutch Kit is our recommended clutch solution for all Naturally Aspirated 350Zs or 370Z'a equipped with the VQ35HR and VQ37VHR engines.

All of our Z1 Clutch Kits come complete with a genuine Koyo release bearing, pilot bushing, and alignment tool in addition to the pressure plate and friction disc. The pressure plate in this kit exceeds OEM specifications with equal clamping force resulting in no change in pedal feel. The standard full faced friction disc is made with an upgraded organic metallic material that will provide good wear and great engagement. For increased torque capacity a sprung hub ceramic six puck disc is available as an option below. As with any puck style friction disc, engagement will become more aggressive due to higher coefficient of friction of the ceramic pucks grabbing more and slipping less than an organic metallic full faced disc. Overall this clutch will hold up to engines producing 350 ft/lbs of torque or less. Longevity of this clutch will ultimately depend on driving style.

Our 8kg forged flywheels are made of high quality chrome-moly steel.

They are stronger, lighter, and more heat and corrosion resistant than stock. Our flywheels are engineered to reduce MOI (Moment of inertia) and thus provide a better engine response. They are also designed to increase air flow to enhance the overall thermal performance of the clutch system.

All of our flywheels are CNC machined to ensure perfect balancing and to provide a flat surface for clutch disc bedding. In addition, the surface of the flywheels is designed to fit any kind of clutch disc material, ranging from organic to ceramic.

The original concentric slave cylinders used by Nissan are flimsy plastic units which are prone to failure, especially on vehicles with upgraded or heavy-duty clutches. The JIT Slave Cylinder is of cast iron construction, and with a more durable boot design, making it much more reliable in even the most demanding conditions..

WARNING, if you don't replace your master cylinder at the same time, warranty will be voided.

When replacing the slave cylinder, we highly recommend replacing the master cylinder at the same time. Contaminants in the fluid often cause the masters to fail at or near the same time, and opening and re-bleeding the system tends to facilitate failure.
